Arbor Care Tree & Shrub Service, Inc. received an SBA 504 loan to finance the purchase of an existing building to be used by Arbor Care to store trucks, equipment and supplies related to the lawn, tree and shrub care company. Jason Bofenkamp started Arbor Care in 1990 as a one-person tree care service. The business has been in continuous operation for over 17 years and has achieved a reputation for providing quality lawn and tree care services. Arbor Care focuses primarily on fertilizer and pest control for lawns as well as its core service of tree and shrub care. Tree and shrub services include pruning, removals, hazard inspection, and plant health care management. Arbor Care takes a low impact approach to tree removal doing most removals by hand. The participating lender for this project was The First National Bank in Sioux Falls. |
