B&G Milkway - Tea, SD

Jerry Larsen and Diane Larsen of Larsen Family Enterprises (dba B & G Milkyway) worked with Dakota BUSINESS Finance to obtain an SBA 504 loan to purchase land in Tea and construct a B & G Milkyway franchise. Tea is the first new community to establish a franchised B & G Milkyway, which currently has four locations in Sioux Falls. This ice cream restaurant is located across the street from the community swimming pool.  Larsen Family Enterprises also received a loan from the South Eastern Development Foundation to help purchase inventory, equipment and other business financing needs. The participating bank was First Premier Bank (Sioux Falls).
