| In 2007, Dakota BUSINESS Finance approved a loan to Ayalew Zeleke Abebe to help finance an expansion of his existing laundry and general retail facility in Sioux Falls. The facility was expanded to allow more space for the growing retail portion of the business. IU General Store's retail business provides goods and services that serve the needs of a diverse clientele living in the surrounding area. The participating lender for this project was First Savings Bank (Sioux Falls). |
