Dakota BUSINESS Finance assisted Longreach Enterprises, LLC in receiving an SBA 504 loan to renovate the company’s existing 36,770 sq. ft. building. The building was renovated in order to consolidate the operations of Office Interiors and JMJ Caseworks, as subsidiaries of Office Furniture Installations, Inc. Office Interiors operates the flooring and furniture sales division of OFI. JMJ Caseworks operates a custom cabinetry division, Closet-N-More, and a millwork division. The renovations will allow the company to realize increased efficiencies achieved through consolidated operations. The business is owned by Bill and Sue Peters. The South Eastern Development Foundation also provided a loan to the business to finance the purchase of new equipment. The participating lender was Minnwest Bank.
