TC Collision & Service utilized SBA’s 504 program to assist with purchasing real estate. TC Collision & Service provides services including: vehicle repair, maintenance, tires, alignment, windshield replacement, mechanical services, and auto, truck, implement and residential painting services to the surrounding Parker area. New owners Shawn Shannon and Gaylord Clark worked at the service shop for approximately one and a half years prior to purchasing the real estate and business. The participating lender in this project was Reliabank in Hartford.
