Dakota BUSINESS Finance's service area includes the entire State of South Dakota.  In addition, Dakota BUSINESS Finance can approve and service SBA 504 loans in Lincoln, Pipestone and Rock counties in Minnesota.  Dakota BUSINESS Finance is also contingently approved to begin approving and servicing loans in Lyon, Sioux, Plymouth, and Woodbury counties in Iowa, as well as Dakota and Dixon counties in Nebraska.  It is expected that Dakota BUSINESS Finance will be able to begin approving and servicing loans in the specified Iowa and Nebraska counties beginning January 1, 2011.
