Mandy Priebe - Closing Officer As an Economic Development Specialist, Mandy assists staff with processing new SBA 504 loan applications as well as assisting with closing and servicing loans financed through Dakota BUSINESS Finance and the South Eastern Development Foundation. Mandy holds a Bachelors degree in Consumer Affairs from South Dakota State University. Prior to joining SECOG, Mandy worked as a residential realtor for six years.
